2 - 3 Russet Medium Russet Potatoes
1/2 large onion diced
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse potatoes, cut into cube/bite size pieces, combine with olive oil and garlic in a 12 inch non-stick pan. Cook potatoes until looks a little translucent. Then add onion. Keep stirring. Add water, soy sauce and corn syrup, then mix. Simmer over medium heat, for about 10 minutes, until liquid evaporates. If it needs more water, add some more. When potato is cooked, take off stove and add 1 Tbsp of sesame oil and a spinkle of roasted sesame seeds.
