4 cups white rice
1/2 lb. pork, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
2 packets sazoon
3-1/4 cups water
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 can gandule beans
1 can black olives
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 lb. ham

Directions:
Directions:
Wash rice and soak. Fry pork, bacon and ham. Add onions, water, tomato sauce, chicken broth, garlic and gandule beans. Simmer until pork is tender. Drain rice and add to pork mixture. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer.
