4 cups cooked rice (better if refrigerated)
1/2 cup vegetable oil (as needed)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1/4 cup chopped round onions
1 can spam
1 Portuguese sausage
oyster sauce
soy sauce
1 cup frozen peas (thaw in water while cooking)
1/4 cup green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Chop garlic fine and fry in 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Cook with chopped onions until clear, adding chopped spam and sausage. Cook till sausage is cooked. Add cold rice, breaking chunks while adding to meats. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper to taste. Mix until rice is coated with sauces, then add peas and cook for 2-3 minutes until peas cooked & not mushy. Garnish with green onions before serving.
