4 cups cooked rice
1 can spam
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup shoyu
1/4 cup mirin
Sushi nori
Furukaki

Directions:
Directions:
Slice spam into 6 pieces
Cook spam in sugar, shoyu and mirin mixture in fry pan.
Use two square pans as your mold, placing wax paper on the bottom. Layer bottom of pan with hot rice. Place wax paper over, smashing rice down with other cake pan. Sprinkle furukaki over rice. Place onto rice two rows of spam (3 across). Fill top of spam layer with rice placing wax paper then press down with cake pan. Removing wax paper, carefully flip pan over to release rice mold onto cutting board. Length-wise, cut into three pieces and wrap each piece tightly with nori. Wet edges with water to seal. Cut wrapped musubi in half to make 2 spam musubi. Makes 6
