4 lbs. oxtail
2 cubes Extra Large Knorr Beef Bouillon
2 cubes Extra Large Knorr Chicken Bouillons
5 whole star anise
4 slivers ginger
Hawaiian salt to taste
Chinese parsley-garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil oxtail 20-30 min. Rinse and trim fat. Place in a pot and cover with water about 2 inches above oxtail. Bring to a boil. Add bouillon cubes,star anise, ginger. Simmer for 2-2 1/2 hrs, until oxtail is tender. Skim off "scum" from broth. Add Hawaiian salt to taste. Garnish w/Chinese parsley.
