Meatloaf:
2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c milk
1 1/2 c soft bread crumbs
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 medium carrot, grated
1 small onion, diced
2 eggs, beaten

Topping:
1/4 c ketchup
3 T brown sugar
2 T prepared mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk over bread crumbs. Add rest of ingredients for meatloaf. Mix well and place in a 9x5 loaf pan. Mix topping and spread over meatloaf. Bake in slow oven - 325 º for 1-1/2 hrs.
