1/2 Costco bag of peeled garlic
1 c Aka (red) miso
1/3 c sake
4 T sugar
2 pkgs katsuo flakes, crushed

1 qt glass jar

Directions:
Directions:
Trim garlic ends. Cut in half lengthwise if you prefer. Blanch 1-2 minutes. Drain. Mix marinade. Mix in garlic. Place in glass jar. Let sit in refrigerator for about 1 week before serving.
