1 pound luau leaves
12 ti leaves
1-1/4 pounds pork
3/4 lbs. salted butterfish
1 tbsp. Hawaiian salt

Directions:
Wash luau and ti leaves. Cut stems to 2 inch pieces. Remove the fibrous vein part of the ti-leaf. Cut pork and fish in six pieces. Place pork in a bowl and add the salt; knead thoroughly. Arrange five or more luau leaves on the palm of the hand. Place one each piece of pork and fish on leaves, add luau stems, then fold leaves to form a bundle. Place laulau on the end of a ti leaf and wrap tightly. Wrap another ti leaf around in the opposite direction forming a flat package. Tie securely with string (or wrap with foil). Make the remaining laulaus in the same manner. Steam for 4 to 6 hours in a pressure cooker for 1 hour
