Mix:
1/2 c shortening
1 c sugar
1/2 c peanut butter
Add:
1 egg
2 tbs milk
Add:
1 1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 baking soda

Save for later:
6 oz chocolate chips

Directions:
Mix ingredients together, roll out on wax paper a quarter inch thick, melt chocolate chips, spread on dough. Roll up and refrigerate 30 min. Cut into 1/2 inch, place on cookie sheet bake 350 for 10-12 min.
