4 cups vegetable broth
Salt & pepper to taste
3-4 potatoes
1 carrot
1-2 onions
3 fresh leeks
3 cloves garlic
1/2tsp chevril
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & cut potatoes into small pieces. Chop onion, garlic, carrot, leeks. Add to broth, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add chervil, parsley, milk and butter, simmer another 10 minutes.

Chopped broccoli is one variation.
I couldn't find chervil an it tasted great without it.
