4-5 purple potatoes, steamed, cubed
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 box mochiko flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large sauce pan on medium heat cook coconut milk, add 2 cans water (double for more soup). Add sugar and cook to dissolve. Add potatoes and mochi balls (directions below). Cook as texture becomes soupy and thickens. Add more water if too thick. May be eaten hot or refrigerate for a cold dessert.

Mochi balls: Mix mochiko flour with water to form balls
