Ingredients:  
5 cups cooked sweet rice (cooked in 4 cups water)
1 can coconut milk (not coconut extract)
1 block candied sugar (16 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt candied sugar with coconut milk. Mix into cooked rice, reserving 1/4 cup. Spread evenly into Pam sprayed 8x10 pan. Spread remaining mixture on top of rice. Bake 350 degrees for one hour or done when sides turn brown.

Personal Notes:
Block candied sugar is less sweeter than regular or brown sugar. May be found in the oriental section of your super market.
