1 c. oil
1/3 c white vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 clove garlic (minced or grated)
less than 1/8 round onion (minced or grated)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

romaine lettuce
shredded chicken
craisins
wun ton pi chips
peanuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first nine ingredients to make the dressing. Blend well. In large salad bowl, arrange romaine lettuce, top with shredded chicken, craisins, peanuts. Add wun ton pi strips and dressing when served
