1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine peanut butter and 1 cup of the sugar. It will take a bit of elbow grease, but it comes together after a few minutes. Add baking powder and stir to combine. Add beaten egg and stir to combine. Once the dough is ready (it will be sticky), roll into balls slightly smaller than a ping pong ball. Roll balls in sugar to coat. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. When cookies come out, use a fork to make the criss-cross pattern, then allow to cool.
