5# chicken thighs or pork chops
1 large onion sliced
1 8-oz tray mushrooms
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Hawaiian salt
2 tbsp. cracked black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season chicken thighs or pork chops with salt and pepper (garlic salt works well too). Brown meat on both sides in frying pan on medium high heat, 5 minutes on each side. Place browned meat in baking dish and set aside. Add 2 T oil and saute garlic, mushrooms, and onions in fry pan; salt and pepper, 4 minutes. Top browned meat with vegetable mixture, add chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce and mushroom soup to pan. Wisk together until smooth and add dash of black pepper. Bring sauce to simmer 5-7 minutes on medium. Top meat and veggies with gravy, place pan in oven for 45 minutes to 1-1/2 hrs until meat is tender. Bon appetit.
