1 pkg Iwamoto saimin noodles
8 oz. char siu or roast pork, sliced
1/2 pkg mung bean sprouts
1/4 c. chopped green onions

Sauce:
1/4 c. oyster sauce
2 tbsp Kikkoman or Yamasa shoyu
1 tbsp black pepper
1/4 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles in large stock pot of water for 2 minutes. Make sure water is always boiling. Noodle should float to top when done. Remove from water and place in large mixing bowl. Add half of the meat, sprouts and green onions. Add all of the sauce mixture and toss noodles well making sure evenly coated. Place noodles in pan and top with remaining meat, sprouts and green onions.
