1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. corn starch
1 tsp. almond extract

preheat oven 300º

Mix all ingredients together

Chill dough; roll into balls then flatten with the bottom of a glass (dipped in sugar)

Bake 20 minutes in 300º oven
