4 CUP LUKEWARM WATER
3 PKS. YEAR
1 CUP SUGAR
1/2 CUP. OIL
1 TBSP. SALT
12 CUPS FLOUR

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except flour. Then stir n 1 cup flour at a time. Be sure to work all the flour in. Let rise to bouble size.

Work down- Let rise again to double in size. Turn dough out on floured board. Then roll with rolling pin to flat 1/4". Spread with soft butter and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on.

Roll dough into form.

Cut 1 1/2" thick, place in buttered pan and let rise double in size ( about 1 hour).

Bake at 350º for 30 minute or until lightly brown.
