3 oz cream cheese
2 1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 -1 tsp flavoring( any flavor you desire)
Coloring as desired also. mix together well. Roll small amount into a ball. Roll in granulated sugar and press into a candy mold and drop it out. If candy sticks, an addititonal small amount of powdered sugar may be needed.

I remember when i was young, grandma and i used to make these for Christmas. She only had a couple molds and one was a rose, we used ALOT!
