1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

2 c. miniature marshmallows

1 c. flaked coconut

6 oz. sour cream

Maraschino cherry halves to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the oranges, pineapple, marshmallows, coconut and sour cream. Add as many halved maraschino cherries as you like. Stir all ingredients until they are well mixed. Refrigerate and serve cold.

I grew up eating this refreshing salad at Grandma & Grandpa's house. Even though it seems simple, Grandma always made it with a lot of love. It is still my favorite dessert to this day!
