4-5 Large yams
1 Stick butter
1 c Brown sugar
1 c Regular sugar
1 can pineapple/natural juice
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
3 tbsp Vanilla
1/2 c Flour

Directions:

Cut and peel yams into large chunks
Sprinkle dry ingredients, then wet
Cover with foil
Bake 350• for 60-90 min

To make juice thicker add more flour
