1 lb. extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage, crumbled
2 ups buttermilk biscuit mix

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese in top of double boiler and add sausage. Cook about 20 minutes or until sausage loses its pink color, stirring occasionally. Combine cheese mixture and biscuit mix, stirring until well blended. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes until brown. Yields about 6 dozen. Use an ungreased cookie sheet
