1 box of yellow cake mix
1/2 cup of butter
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1 - Preheat oven to 350
2 - In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter
3 - Stir in the egg and vanilla
4 - Add cake mix and stir until well blended
5 - Roll into 1 inch balls and roll the balls in the powdered sugar
6 - Place 1 inch apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet
7 - Bake for 10 - 13 minutes
8 - Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks
