6 cups sliced pared tart apples
1-1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter softened
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick

Streusel topping:
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons firm butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Mix apples and spices and turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients except streusel until smooth, 15 seconds in a blend on high or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour into plate. Sprinkle with streusel (see below) and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55-65 minutes. Cool.

For streusel: Mix 1 cup Bisquick, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, and 3 tablespoons firm butter until crumbly.
