12 large Cabbage Leaves
1 1/4 lbs of Lean Ground Beef
2 tsp of Salt
1 cup of Cooked White Rice
1/2 cup of Chopped Onion
1 Egg
1/2 tsp of Thyme
1 15 oz can of V-8 or Tomato Soup
1 tsp of Lemon Juice
1 tsp of Sugar
1/4 cup of Water

Directions:
Directions:
Cover Cabbage Leaves in water and cook for 5 minutes; drain,
Combine all other ingredients in a Large Bowl and mix with 1/2 can of V-8,
Place equal portions of meat in each center of each Cabbage Leaf.
Roll and fasten with a toothpick.
Place in large casserole dish.
Pour the remaining V-8 Juice over the top.
Bake in oven for 1 hour on 315º.
