2 c. chicken diced ( boiled )
2 c. celery diced
1/2 c. almonds chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
2 TBsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 - 3 c. sharp shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. of smashed potato chips

Directions:

Mix chicken, lemon juice, celery, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and onions together. Smooth out in a 9x 12 casserole pan. Cover the top with the potato chip pieces and put the shredded cheddar cheese on top of that. Bake at 450º for 10-15 minutes.
