2 cups plain all purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
Salt
Pepper

Diced chicken (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in a medium size bowl 2 cups flour, 2 eggs and 1/2 cup water with salt and pepper to taste (you may have to add more water). Mixture should be stiff and sticky. Drop off spoonful into simmering chicken broth. Cook until done. You can add diced chicken to mixture.
