1 1/4 lb. butter
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 lb. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup & 1 Tbsp. oats
1/4 lb. walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly grease pans, use #40 dipper
Cream butter & sugar, gradually blend in flour. Add vanilla & oats. mix well.
Cook until creamy colored, not brown. Bake 375º convection oven or 350º conventional oven. Watch closely!
