2/3 cup cocoa (in can- hershey's)
3 cups of sugar
1/4 cup butter ( real butter- unsalted)
1 1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa, sugar, salt, and milk. Cook to 232º on candy thermometer ( will make a small ball). Remove from heat but keep in cooking pot and add butter(cold) ,vanilla and cool to 110º. Then beat until glossy and pour into a buttered glass dish. Preferably a 10 by 13 dish. Refrigerate about 10 minutes and take out and cut into squares.
