3 c minute oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped pecans or coconut
2 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa
1 stick margarine
1/2 c milk
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix oatmeal, vanilla and pecans or coconut. Set aside.
In saucepan bring to a rolling boil. sugar, cocoa, margarine and milk.
Pour second mixture over first, Stir thoroughly. Drop spoonfuls on wax paper. Cookies are ready to eat when cool
