1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. oatmeal (pulverize small amount in blender)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
12 oz. chocolate chips
4 oz. plain Hershey bar, chopped
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix contents of both bowls, then add chocolate chips, chopped Hershey bar, and nuts. Place golf ball sized cookies 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Mash top of cookies. Bake for 10 minutes and cool on a cooling rack.
