Ingredients:  
2 cups sugar, 2/3 evaporated milk, 12 sm. marshmellows, 1/2 cup margerine, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1- 6oz. pkg. cherry chips, 1 tsp. vanillia, 1- 12 oz. pkg. choc. chips, 10oz. pkg. salted peanuts.

Directions:
Combine sugar, milk, marshmellows, & margerine. Cook over med. heat. Boil for 5 mins., remove from heat & add cherry chips & vanillia. Pour into a buttered 9x13 pan. Melt choc chips, add peanut butter & crushed peanuts ( I use less peanuts). Spread over cherry mix & chill.
