1 lb. oleo (that's butter ;)
1 dozen eggs
6 tsp baking soda
1 T vanilla
1 T white corn syrup
2 lbs brown sugar
4 c white sugar
Then add:
3 lbs peanut butter
1 lb chocolate chips
1 lb plain M & Ms
1 42 oz. box quick cooking oats

Directions:

Mix the first list of ingredients until thoroughly blended in the biggest bowl you can possibly find. Use your (thoroughly washed) hands if you have to! Add the second list of ingredients and mix (with hands).
Bake at 350º for approx. 10 min. for average size cookies, 15 min. for 'monster' size.

From my Grandma Chenoweth whose family comes from Perry. This makes approximately a million cookies... or so. Seriously, folks - it's a bunch. Feel free to divide this recipe several times or be prepared to make freezer space.
