1 lb. Neese's Hot Sausage
1 (10 oz) bag mild or sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
3 Cups Bisquick
1 Tsp. Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Sit sausage and cheese out until they are at room temperature. Combine; mix well with your hands. Add paprika and bisquick. Roll into small/walnut size balls. Bake 15 - 20 minutes.

I personally like to use Neese's sausage because it doesn't have alot of fat and the balls are greasy. But I know you guys like Aunt Betty's style, so instead of using a different Sausage, use a little less Bisquick!
