1/2 Bag of frozen Peas or (1 can)
1/2 C. Shredded Cheddar cheese
3 Eggs (boiled)
1 Tbs. sugar
1/2 C. Salad dressing (Miracle Whip)

Directions:
Directions:
When water comes to a boil add peas and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and run cold water over to cool. Put in a bowl. Add sugar and stir. Dice eggs and add. Add cheese and salad dressing. Stir and refrigerate.

If you don't have frozen peas you can use canned, but they won't have the pretty green color. I never used much Mayo, usually salad dressing. You can put onion in. I couldn't because Papaw couldn't eat them.
