2 c. scalded milk
2 pkg. yeast plus 1 T. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
7 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in milk. Melt shortening and add to mixture. Add the rest of ingredients. Add enough flour to make dough. Let rise until double and make tea ring. Let rise again. Bake 375º for 25 min.
