1 C sugar
1/2 C butter
1 1/4 C chocolate flavored syrup
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 C flour
1/2 C milk chocolate chips

1/3 C butter
1/3 C sugar
1/4 C milk
1 C milk chocolate chips
1 C m & m's

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add syrup, eggs and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Add flour. Beat at low speed until well blended. Stir in 1/2 C chocolate chips.

Bake in 9X13 pan at 350 for 35 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool completely.

In 1qt saucepan, combine butter, sugar and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Spread evenly over brownies and sprinkle with candy.
