2 cups graham wafer crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 cup nutriwhip, 1 cup boiling water, 1 pkg jello, 1 can fruit, 1 cup vanilla ice cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham wafer crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup melted butter and press into 9X13 inch pan. Whip nutriwhip as per pkg instructions and set aside. Dissolve jello (any flavor) in the1 cup of boiling water. Stir in ice cream. Fold in fruit (your choice) Spread with nutriwhip and sprinkle with coconut.

I found this handwritten recipe when going through my books. I'm not sure where it came from and I have never made it. Looks like it would make a delicious dessert.
