1 1/4 c. cold milk
1 pkg (4 serving) vanilla instant pudding
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 c. canned pumpkin
1(8oz) Cool Whip, thawed
1 graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl beat milk, pudding and spice with wire whisk for 1 1/2 minutes. Whisk in pumpkin. Fold in 1/2 of cool whip. spread in crust. Top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
