1/4 C. Sugar
1 C. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Almond extract
2 C. Flour
2 C. Nuts- Walnuts or Pecans, crushed
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, almond extract.
Add flour. Then nuts. Chill for 2 hours or over night.
Roll in bite sized balls. Place on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Cool 15-20 minutes, then roll in
powdered sugar.
