2 large zucchini
butter
salt,pepper and onion powder to taste
4-5 pieces of sliced cheese
fine Italian bread crumbs

slice zucchini into 3/4" to 1" rounds
add a little water and boil in a covered pan about 10 min. more or less. place somewhat soft zucchini in buttered casserole pan creating one layer. season with salt,pepper, and onion powder to taste. Put a slice of cheese on top covering the layer of zucchini. drizzle a little melted butter over top and add the fine bread crumbs. Bake at 350º until the cheese is melted and bread crumbs are brown.
