1 c. applesauce
1 1/2 c. splenda
egg beaters equal to 2 eggs
1 1/2 c. wheat flout
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
3 c. Quakers Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Beat together applesauce and splenda until creamy. Add egg beaters and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Stir in oats and mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minutes on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.

These cookies were invented by Paw Paw for Nannie with no sugar and no fat. They use egg beaters and wheat flour instead of regular eggs and flour and they do vanish quickly.
