For the cake part of the pumpkin roll you will need the following ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of pumpkin
3/4 cup of flour
1tsp of baking powder
1/2tsp of salt
1/4tsp of cinnamon
For the filling part of the cake you will need the following ingredients:
1 cup of powdered sugar
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
4tbsp of butter, softened
1/2tsp vanilla
3/4 cup of pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Beat eggs for 5 minutes at high speed, then add sugar. Add the next 6 ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture into a well greased cookie sheet. bake at 375º for 15 to 18 minutes. Turn out onto a dish towel sprinkled with confectioners sugar. roll up cake and towel while hot. Let cool to room temperature. For the filling, mix sugar,butter,cream cheese and vanilla until creamy. Add chopped pecans, mix well. Unroll cooled cake and spread mixture, then re-roll cake. finish by icing the outside of cake with leftover filling and chill for 1 to 3 hours.
