2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal (blended to a powder)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 (24 oz) pkg choc chips
1 (8 oz) Hershey Bar, grated
3 cups chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl mix flour, salt, BP and BS. Add flour mixture to egg mixture. Slowly add oatmeal into creamed mixture. Add chocolate chips, nuts and grated chocolate bar. Make golf ball size cookies and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes.
