1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 cups applesauce
1 TSR vanilla
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves (optional)
2 cups raisins
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix thoroughly and bake in 9 x 13" pan for 1 hour at 350º.
