2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 1/2 cups small marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 can pineapple tidbits (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar and lemon juice in top of double boiler. Cook over hot water until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and cool.

Fold in remaining ingredients; chill 5 or 6 hours or overnight.

To serve pile lightly into sherbert glasses; top each serving with marachino cherry
