1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. chopped, salted dry roasted peanuts
4-6 Granny Smith or Red Delicious apples (or other semi-tart apple)
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 egg
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, beaten egg, vinegar and juice from pineapple together.
2. Cook until thick.It should only be 2-4 minutes. Cool.
3. Peel and cut up apples. Pour cooked mixture over apples and mix well. Add the pineapple,and fold in Cool Whip and peanuts.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving
