Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. brown sugar, packed
3 c. creamy peanut butter
6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 tsp. baking soda
9 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/2 lb. M & M's
1/2 lb. chocolate chips
**I've also added Heath toffee bits (1/2 lb.) in addition to the other candies.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in the eggs, two at a time, and then stir in the vanilla. Mix in baking soda and oats until well blended. Stir in the M & M's and chocolate chips. Roll dough into 2 inch balls, and place 3 inches apart on an non-greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes in preheated oven. Cool on cookie sheets for a few minutes, before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
(When in doubt... go for less time so they stay nice and chewy).
