1 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 to 2 green peppers chopped
1 lg. or 2 med. Onions chopped
6 stalks of celery chopped
3 lg. cans of stewed tomatoes
1 to 2 cans of tomato sauce
2 sm. Cans of mushrooms or 1 lg. can
Garlic, salt, pepper, and accent to taste
1 can tomato paste (optional) use this if you want sauce to be thick, Mark and I like it thin but Dad likes it thick so I split up the sauce and make both.
1 box (1lb.) macaroni any shape you want

Cook the beef and drain at this point add the veggies, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Cook on low for about ½ hour or longer. Cook the pasta and drain mix together and dinner is done.
