3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 cups pancake syrup
1/8 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
3 T. butter
2/3 cups finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9" pie plate with pastry. Mix all ingredients together, adding pecans last. Bake in 425º oven 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350º and continue baking until a knife blade inserted in center of filling comes out clean (about 45 min.).
